Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Smart Pure Air, including Classic Micro, Classic Micro Pro, Limited Evaluation Program products, pilot products, early-access products, accessories, downloads, and related services.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout, on the product page, in program materials, in writing, approved by Smart Pure Air, or required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and related return shipping risks.
Limited Evaluation Program and Pilot Products
Products, packages, downloads, or services offered as part of a Limited Evaluation Program, pilot program, beta program, early-access offer, field evaluation, participant-only package, discounted package, or pre-commercial release are limited in quantity and may involve early-stage or evaluation products.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, approved by Smart Pure Air, or required by applicable law, Limited Evaluation Program and pilot products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange because of change of mind, buyer’s remorse, product preference, expected future features, discontinued participation, inability or unwillingness to participate, app/cloud feature expectations, certification expectations, product development changes, or dissatisfaction with the pilot program.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at contact@smartpureair.ca within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, product model, photos or videos of the issue, packaging photos if applicable, and a short description of the problem.
If we determine that a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, offer troubleshooting, repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution.
We may refuse, limit, or deny a return, refund, replacement, exchange, credit, or other resolution if we determine that the issue was caused by misuse, unsafe use, unauthorized modification, tampering, improper installation, improper placement, improper power supply, improper storage, neglect, accident, normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the intended indoor air quality awareness purpose.
Return Authorization Required
Do not send any product back to us without contacting us first and receiving written return authorization. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, brokerage fees, insurance, and related shipping risks.
Original shipping charges, handling fees, customs charges, duties, brokerage fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returned products must be securely packaged and shipped with tracking. You are responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
Condition of Returned Products
If we approve a return, the product must be returned in the condition we specify in the return authorization. We may refuse, reduce, or deny a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit if the product is missing parts, damaged, modified, tampered with, misused, improperly packaged, or not returned as instructed.
Connected Devices, Accounts, and Data
Before returning any connected product, you are responsible for following our instructions to remove, disconnect, reset, or transfer any device, account, Wi-Fi, app, cloud, or personal information associated with the product, where applicable.
No Guarantee of Refund
Receiving a return authorization or returned product does not guarantee a refund. Any refund, exchange, replacement, repair, credit, or other resolution is subject to inspection, approval, these terms, and applicable law.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
